A practice shaped by real life.
After nearly two decades in the 9 to 5 world, my body and mind hit a wall. I found myself craving something different, a softer way of living. That turning point led me back to yoga and meditation, not as an escape, but as a way to reconnect with myself. What began as support slowly became transformation.
My relationship with wellness comes from lived experience. I know what long hours, constant sitting, and chronic stress can do to the body and mind. I believe in balance, in small rituals that are actually doable, and in creating space to return to yourself through movement, meditation, and sound.
Completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Black Swan Yoga changed how I see these practices entirely. I realized they are not meant to live on the margins of our lives. They are meant to live within them. Especially in corporate environments, care is often postponed or squeezed into early mornings or late nights. I believe these practices belong in the workday itself, supporting focus, resilience, and presence in real time.
Today, I lead yoga classes, guided meditations, and sound bath experiences that help people reset and feel more at home in their bodies. I work with organizations that value well-being as more than a perk, as well as individuals seeking a sustainable, supportive practice. My work is about closing the gap between knowing these practices matter and making them feel accessible, consistent, and woven into everyday life.
If you’re ready to slow down, reconnect, and build a practice that fits into real life, I invite you to create space for presence, balance, and care.
